RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Pre-ordered items, hand painted items, gift cards, stickers and accessories are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Apparel orders may be returned so long as:
a. Your clothing items are new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging and tags.
b. Returning requests are made within 14 days of purchase.
c. The item was not purchased on final sale.
Once a qualified return is received we will proceed with your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you.
***The customer assumes all cost of shipping the product.
Please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 businesses days to be show on your back account.
SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
All Three Eleven orders are shipped from our office located in Marietta, GA. Processing can take from 1 to 3 business days. During the holiday seasons our processing time can take up to 7 business days due to the increased demand. For fully custom orders our processing time is from 1-3 weeks.
All orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days. After that, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
If you have a packaged marked as delivered but you have not received we ask you to take the following approaches:
1. Check with neighbors or your complex front office.
2. Contact your local Post Office.
3. Contact us at threeelevenblog2@gmail.com please include your order number.
* If your purchase arrived damaged, whether with manufacturing issues or shipping damages, please contact threeelevenblog2@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and shipping box and we will replace it.
* The buyer is responsible for all extra shipping fees.
* Three Eleven is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at check out.
